Hiroshima Internship Programme Day 13.
Today's internship was held at the secretary department. For the first half of the day, I was assigned to the fourth level while Pei San was assigned to the first level. The fourth level is basically the level where all the important people's(board members) offices are located and the first level is where customers pass by. After lunch, both of us switched places to have a feel of what it's like to work on both levels.

Schedules of the board members.

Food vouchers that are used to buy erm, food.

Order form. Basically, the secretaries will ask the board members what they want to eat, total up the orders and fill up this form. Then, they'll use the food vouchers to purchase the food and bring them up for the board members to dig in.

Had lunch at the staff canteen again~ Ordered the always worth it 400yen set meal. This time we had karaage. The karaage was different from any other karaage that I've eaten in my life. It had a unique taste that made it taste like potato chips(yum~) and oh boy, was it crispy!

Pei San and me at the fourth level counter. Obviously posed-for photo.

Had to make tea and serve it to the board members. The tea-making process was pretty interesting and I think that I can remember the steps...I think only. There's lots of rules to make one seemingly-simple cup of tea. Knocking on the doors of the board members had rules too, as well as serving them the tea. Damn scary lar! Luckily, nothing went wrong. :D

Had calligraphy lessons after the tea-making and as you can see from the picture, my calligraphy sucks. Guess I can't make a living from calligraphy in the future~

Dinner was at Handaya where I had kimchi-don. In Japan, I eat Korean food. In Korea, I eat Japanese food. Wtf is wrong with me?!
